1. Digital Products Policy

Since "The ABCs of AI" is a digital product delivered instantly via a secure download link on our website and through a backup email upon successful payment, all sales are considered final.

Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be physically returned or restored to our possession once they have been downloaded or accessed. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges once the digital purchase is complete and the download link has been active or used.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. We will consider and process refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the book more than once due to a connection drop or technical hiccup, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s).
• Failed Delivery / Technical Errors: If you did not receive your download link, and our customer support is unable to deliver the PDF to your email within 24 hours of you providing verified proof of payment, we will gladly issue a full refund.
• Incorrect Charging: If you were overcharged or charged an incorrect amount on checkout due to a website/processor error.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, please follow these steps:

Our support team will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Mobile Money / Bank Card) via Paystack within 3 to 5 business days.
